Max guests (second function) : 25 guests.

Min stay : 3 nights (low & shoulder seasons) 3 nights (high season) 5 nights (peak season).

Event Fee : IDR 24.337.500 + 15.5%.

Community Fee : Local Community (Banjar) Fee: IDR 2,500,000 Applicable to second event (subject to change)

Villa Rates :

IDR 41.049.250 - 48.545.200 (low & shoulder seasons).

IDR 59.221.250 (high season)

IDR 68.972.475 (peak season).

Curfews : 11 pm for DJ and all amplified music.

Property area : 1,200sqm (land).

Regulations and Restrictions

The main living room and dining room area must not be used as an event space. The furnitures can’t be removed or moved.

A dance floor may be built in the paved area/lawn but it must have a raised platform to minimise damage to the grass and need to be set up on the day of the event. Or pool deck area can be another option.

Staging is permitted over the pool, however, a site plan must be submitted a minimum of 45 days prior for approval, and only approved vendors are allowed (please contact our event team for some suggestions). A refundable security deposit of IDR 32.450.000 (cash) applies for having a floating stage set up.

Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they should be removed by the EO by 1 am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
