Community Fee : Local Community (Banjar) Fee: IDR 6,000,000 Applicable to second event (subject to change)

Villa Rates : USD 1,514 - 1,825 (low & shoulder seasons). USD 2,241 (high season) USD 2,715 (peak season).

Curfews : 11 pm for DJ and all amplified music

Property area : 2,500sqm (villa). 5,000sqm (land)

Regulations and Restrictions

Fireworks and/or Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden.

Marquees are allowed however, these must be free-standing.

Noise Curfew: Due to the residential area where the villa is located, live bands are not allowed and the curfew for all amplified music is 11 pm. This is not negotiable. The in-house sound system will be permitted from 11 pm until midnight only at a restricted volume to limit disturbance to neighbors.

A maximum of 12 events per year will be permitted at this property.

No staging is to be built into or over the pool. Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they should be removed by the EO by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage to the pool.
