INCLUSIONS

Arrival and Departure

• Airport transfers to and from Uluwatu Estate

• Check in after 2.00pm (local time) on day of arrival

• Check out before 12.00 noon (local time) on day of departure

• Early arrival may be agreed if no departing guests.

• Late departure may be agreed if no arriving guests

• Pragmatic and personal approach in the booking process if ideal dates and times of arrival to/from Bali are known.

Food & Beverage

Price based menus for food (lunch, dinner, and bespoke orders) and all beverages, except Balian still water.

(An extensive breakfast menu is complimentary).

Event Fee

Fee for the wedding day US$ 5,000 per event. It includes local securities (pecalang), parking place and its arrangement, local officials, electricity, usage of property’s facilities, post event cleaning operation.

Security Deposit

Refundable deposit (please refer to ‘booking terms’ on last page)

- Security deposit US$ 3,000.
- Advance Expense Provisioning Deposit (APD) 25% of total villa price.

Curfews

11pm for live music (band) and DJ From 11 pm onwards, kindly use iPod/reduced sound system music, of the decibel level of in-villa speakers only.
