Events at Villa Thansamaay can be held any time of year though it’s advisable to avoid the monsoon months of October to December. EOs are advised to consider rainy season conditions and plan accordingly for events.

Short Event Fee – Pre and Post Event Function
If the pre- or post-wedding event is a Brunch, BBQ, or any other function celebrated during daytime and finished at sunset (17:00 hours), a Short Event Fee will be applied. This Short Event or Pre/Post Event Function should not last more than 5 hours.
Please note that only small portable sound systems will be allowed for Short Events.

Security Deposit
