Villa Rates

IDR 45,702,625 for stay 3 nights (low seasons).

IDR 68,578,500 for stay 3 nights (high seasons).

IDR 96,334,125 for stay 5 nights (peak seasons).

*Surcharge is applicable during high season (rental venue will be equal to 1 night stay rate).

INCLUSION

• Rate above is include government tax and service charge.

• The rates above are inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 people in each room.

• Additional person is charges at IDR 350,000 net for breakfast.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Minimum 3 nights stay is required for any Events and Weddings

• An event fee is charged if any event during stay for any usage of our Garden Area, additional decorations from the existing set up of the villas.

• Banjar fee (local permits) is mandatory to get local authorities for the parking access, crowd, and entertainment.

• Additional lighting is required for any events. Vendors will be required to bring their own genset.

• Outside catering is allowed without any corckage charges.

• 22:00 (10PM) event and sound curfew time is applicable for all the outdoor functions and indoor functions unless otherwise stated, due to the local governing authorities’ noise ordinance.
