TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Minimum 2 nights for low season, 3 nights for high & peak season stay is required for any Events and Weddings

• An event fee is charged if any event during stay for any usage of our Garden Area, additional decorations from the existing set up of the villas.

• Banjar fee (local permits) is mandatory to get local authorities for the parking access, crowd, and entertainment.

• Additional lighting is required for any events. Vendors will be required to bring their own genset.

• Outside catering is allowed without any corckage charges.

Curfews

• 22:00 (10PM) event and sound curfew time is applicable for all the outdoor functions and indoor functions unless otherwise stated, due to the local governing authorities.

• Rental venue is not including any decorations, flowers, table set up, Sound system and genset for any additional electricity usage.
