Function fee:

• IDR 78,144,000 for large event up to 150 pax sitting or standing

• IDR 114,345,000 for 2 events inclusive up to 150 pax sitting or standing

• IDR 57,172,500 for small event ≪50 pax

• Local (Banjar) Permit fee: IDR 5,000,000/event – subject to change

• Security deposit: 10% of total invoice (refundable at the latest 7 days after guests check out once Villa Manager has declared the clearance report (no damages/no losses/no unsettled bills during period of stay) & have to be paid by transfer 4 – 2 weeks before guest check in and will be refunded in USD/IDR

• Maximum: 150 guests seating or standing
